1). YouTube is in no way affiliated with this giveaway and is in no way associated with neither can they be held responsible for anything related to the giveaway.

2). No purchase is necessary to enter this giveaway. You do not need to like, subscribe or comment to any YouTube channel or video. you are not required to do anything except fill out the form below with your YouTube name in the message, include a unique random number that will be known to you and the webmaster only. This number will be used to validate winning entry. if you would like to leave your email and name, that would hasten the process in the case you win the event.

3). In the event that you win a email address or contact will be needed to get in touch with you to atain the shipping address to send prize. it is recommended you register for the site to make this and any future prize awards a smooth and easy process. Just click on the SITE REGISTRATION button below.

4). Current prize winner will be drawn when the channel reaches 1000 subscribers at this level, current event will be closed to further entry’s. (you are NOT required to subscribe, comment or like to enter drawing. If you choose to subscribe, like or comment your chances to win will NOT increase over those who choose not too) You can check on the current subscriber number for the channel by clicking on the YouTube channel button below.

5). A list of entry names will be posted to this website see YOUTUBE GIVEAWAY menu item above. entry list will be undated and closed when goal has been reached. check back periodically to see the list of entrants.

6). If you choose to like or subscribe to any YouTube video or channel, it will not increase your chances to win this event. It will only help and support the creator of the website and YouTube channel Thank you for your understanding and support.

7). One entry only. Duplicate entry’s will be deleted.

8). Valid to US residents only. Please do not enter if you live in other countries. Shipping will be provided to US 48 states only. Item will ship out when winner can be validated. If winner does not respond within a week after winning video is posted another winner will be picked and another video will be posted, until a winner is properly validated.

9). Drawing will be held during a YouTube video. The winners will have 1 week to contact the YouTube channel owner to claim prize and provide shipping addres with unique number provided during drawing entry; this number is to validate winner. If winner can not be validated or does not contact channel owner within 1 week a new YouTube video will be posted picking a new winner.  There will be 3 names drawn 1st place, 2nd place, 3rd place. 1st place will choose prize of the 3 available. 2nd place will then choose, 3rd place receivs remaining prize.

10). You must be at least 18 years of age and it must be legal in your state to enter into this event a legal citizen of the united states of America, by submitting the entry form below you are stating you comply with all of these rules in the event. By submitting the entry below you agree the information you provide it true and valid and it is legal for you to enter this event. You agree to all of these rules. You agree it is legal in your state to participate. You agree that these rules can change at the discretion of the YouTube channel owners need legal or otherwise.

11). No one involved in hosting this event and no one associated with the YouTube channel will be held liable for any misspellings or discrepancy in these rules and you agree to release them of any and all legal liability by submitting the entry form below, it is on the entrants responsibility to clarify any and all rules before submitting entry. It is at the owner of the YouTube channels discretion to terminate this even at any time if deemed necessary.

12). You do not have to login to YouTube to keep track of the event. the event can be tracked from this website using the YOUTUBE GIVEAWAY menu item.

13). The winner will be selected by a random drawing using a online third party picker. Entry’s will be shown on video then sent to picker during video. The name submitted during entry will be announced during video. No personal information will be released beyond the YouTube name & secret number submitted during entry, will be released on video.

14). There is no way to disclose any odds of winning due to the face no requirements beyond what is stated here are necessary. Although entry’s will stop and a drawing held when the stated subscriber limit is reached on line 4 above there can be many more entry’s that choose not to subscribe, therefore the number of entry’s may be much greater than number on line 4 above.

15). You have during the 1 week after drawing to contact us with any disputes after which time no further disputes will be considered. The dispute must be received time stamped within this time period.

16). by submitting this form you understand and agree we are not acountable for any damages to the winning item before during or after shipping item. if you would like anything other than standard ground shipping of our choosing we can discuss if you would like to pay for the extra shipping cost.

17). By submitting the entry form below, you agree to abide by these rules completely. By submitting the form below you release anyone associated with the “Chain Breaker” YouTube channel, owner of “www.myphi413.com” or any other YouTube channel under this website or owners in any form; from any legal or otherwise liability. You also “by submitting this entry form” agree to forfeit any right to seek any legal or otherwise action against anyone associated or conducting this giveaway!
