1).  YouTube is in no way affiliated with this giveaway and in no way can be held responsable for anything related to the giveaway.

2).  No purchase is nessassary to enter this giveaway. You do not need to like or subscribe to any YouTube channel or video. you are not required to do anything except fill out the form below with your YouTube name in the message, with a unique number that will be known to you and the webmaster in order to validate entry in case of winning and submit the form. if you would like to leave your email and name, that would hasten the process in the event you win the event.

3). In the event that you win a email address or contact will be needed to get in touch with you to atain the shipping address to send prize. it is recomended you register for the site to make this and any future prize awards a smoothe and easy process. Just click on the site registration button below.

4). Current prize winner will be drawn when the channel reaches 500 subscribers. (you are not required to subscribe or like to enter drawing) You can check on the current subscriber number by clicking on the YouTube channel button below.

5).  A list of entry names will be posted to this website see YouTube Giveaway menu item above. entry list will be undated and closed when line 4). subscriber limit has been reached. check back perodiclly to see the entrants.

6).  If you choose to like or supscribe to any YouTube video or channel, it will not increase your chances to win this event.  It will only help and support the creator of the website and YouTube channel channel.

7).  One entry only.  Duplicate entrys will be deleted.

8).  Valid to US residents only. Please do not apply if you live in other countrys.  Shipping will be provided to US 48 states only.  Item will ship out when winner can be validated.

9).  Drawing will be held during a YouTube video.  The winner will have 1 week to contact the YouTube channel owner to claim prize and provide shipping addres with unique number provided during drawing entry to validate winner.  If winner can not be validated or does not contact channel owener within 1 week a new YouTube video will be posted picking a new winner.

10).  You must be at least 18 years of age and it is legal in your state to enter into this event.  By submitting the entry below you agree the information you provide it true and valid.  You agree to all of these rules.  You agree it is legal in your state to partisipate. You agree that these rules can change at the discression of the YouTube channel owners need legal or otherwise.

11).  No one envolved in this event will be held liable for any misspellings or discrepinceys in these rules.  It is at the owner of the YouTube channels descression to terminate this even at any time if deemed nessasairy.

12).  You do not have to login to YouTube to keep track of the event. the event can be tracked from this website using the YouTube Giveaway menu item.
